Prywatność (aplikacja)
Last updated: 24 August 2026 · This policy covers the imagenimble mobile app (iOS and Android). For this website, see our website privacy policy.
1. Privacy at a glance
imagenimble is built to be data-minimal. All image tools — converters, the compressor, resize and crop, the PDF, QR and barcode tools — process the files you choose entirely on your device. Your images and documents are never uploaded to us, and we run no accounts, no cloud storage and no tracking of our own. The only third-party service in the app is Google AdMob, which finances the free app by showing ads (section 4).

3. Data processed on your device only
Images, PDFs and other files you open in a tool are read and processed locally and written back to your photo library or shared via the system share sheet — solely on your instruction. We have no access to these files. App settings (language, appearance, default export quality, favourites, recently used tools) are stored locally on your device and deleted when you delete the app. Photo library and camera access are used only when you pick or take a picture; the operating system asks for your permission first, and you can revoke it at any time in the system settings.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob) and consent
We show ads via Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When ads are requested, Google processes device information such as your IP address, device identifiers (e.g. the advertising ID), approximate location derived from the IP address, and ad-interaction data. Google acts as an independent controller for parts of this processing. More information: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
In the EU/EEA and the UK you are first asked for consent via Google’s certified consent dialog (UMP). Without consent, ads are not requested on the basis of personal profiles. Legal basis for personalised advertising is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR); you can review or withdraw it at any time in the app under Settings → “Privacy options (ads)”. On iOS, the system App Tracking Transparency dialog additionally asks whether the advertising identifier may be used for tracking; if you decline, ads are served without cross-app tracking.
5. What we do not do
No upload of your images or files. No user accounts. No cloud sync. No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs of our own. No sale of data.
6. App stores
When you install the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store operator processes data (e.g. downloads, crash statistics aggregated by the store) under its own privacy policy. We only see aggregated, anonymous statistics.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for us: Der Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 22, 20459 Hamburg). Because we do not store personal data about you on our systems, most requests concern the advertising processing described in section 4 — Google’s privacy controls (adssettings.google.com) and the in-app consent dialog are the fastest route. You can always contact us at the address above.
