Privacy policy

This privacy notice explains how imagenimble (the provider named in the imprint) handles personal data. We are committed to data minimisation — and, crucially, the image tools on this site process your files entirely in your browser. Your images and documents are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Local image processing

Every converter, compressor, editor and generator on imagenimble runs as JavaScript in your browser. The files you choose stay on your device; nothing is transmitted to us or any third party. You can verify this by disconnecting from the internet after a tool page has loaded — it still works.

Server log files

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard access data (anonymised/shortened IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system) for security and to operate the service reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). These logs are not merged with other data and are deleted after a short period.

Content delivery & security (Cloudflare)

We use Cloudflare to deliver the site quickly and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare processes connection data (including your IP address) as a processor on our behalf. This is technically necessary to provide the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Cookies & consent

We set only technically necessary cookies without consent. Analytics and advertising (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager) are loaded only after you give consent via our consent banner (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can review and withdraw your choices at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Advertising

imagenimble is ad-funded. With your consent, advertising partners may set cookies and process data (including an advertising identifier) to show and measure ads. Details of each service are listed in the consent banner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].
