Conditions d’utilisation (app)

Effective date: 24 August 2026 · These terms govern your use of the imagenimble mobile app (iOS and Android), provided by Thomas Harnisch, Königskinderweg 74f, 22457 Hamburg, Germany (“we”).

1. Scope and acceptance

By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition, and these terms supplement it; Apple is not a party to these terms but is a third-party beneficiary with the right to enforce them. For downloads from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply in addition.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or internal business purposes on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the applicable store rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the app, and you may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law or covered by applicable open-source licenses.

3. The service

The app provides free image tools (converters, compressor, resize/crop, PDF, QR and barcode tools and more). All processing happens locally on your device; no account is required. The app is financed by advertising (Google AdMob). We may add, change or remove individual tools at any time.

4. Your content and responsibility

Files you process remain on your device and under your control; you retain all rights to them. You are solely responsible for the content you process and for having the necessary rights to it, and for complying with applicable law when using generated output (e.g. QR codes or barcodes).

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design and its branding are protected by copyright and other laws. Open-source components included in the app remain subject to their respective licenses (listed in the app under Settings → Open-source licenses).

6. Advertising and third-party services

The app shows ads via Google AdMob. In the EU/EEA and the UK, ads are personalised only with your consent; details and your choices are described in the app privacy policy.

7. Warranty and liability

The app is provided free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we provide it “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of app. Mandatory statutory liability (including product liability) remains unaffected.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and the app; material changes will be indicated in the app or on this page. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue the app or individual functions with reasonable regard for your interests.

9. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
